Recently, our university was invited to participate in the 2024 AMBA & BGA Global Conference held in Budapest, Hungary, where over 400 representatives from more than 100 business schools worldwide gathered to explore the latest trends and directions in management education. Vice President Luo Rong attended the conference and participated in the award ceremony.
During the accreditation ceremony hosted by AMBA & BGA, Mr. Andrew Main Wilson, CEO of AMBA & BGA, and Mr. George Iliev, China Director of AMBA & BGA,presented the BGA Gold International Accreditation to our university. Recognized as one of the prestigious “Triple Crown”accreditations, this distinction serves as a globally acknowledged benchmark for business school excellence and and represents the highest international honor for institutions offering management education.
The conference featured 16 keynote presentationsand 16 parallel sessions, focusing on cutting-edge academic topics such as business disciplines and artificial intelligence, business education in an uncertain global landscape, business school management and strategy, and the uniqueness and differentiation of Chinese business schools.
At the dedicated China Business School Symposium, senior leadership from our university’s School of Management showcased the institution’s distinctive strengths in three core industries—construction materials & engineering, transportation, and automotive sectors—and elaborated on the university’s systematic improvements under the BGA accreditation framework. These enhancements span strategic development philosophy, internal governance, disciplinary advancement, talent cultivation, faculty development, MBA program operations, educational management, curriculum innovation, and alumni services. Participants also exchanged insights on sustainable entrepreneurship education in business schools.
The attainment of the BGA Gold International Accreditationmarks a pivotal milestone in our university’s academic development and global engagement. It elevates the institution’s international reputation, fosters collaboration with world-leading business schools, and lays a solid foundation for establishing a high-quality Chinese MBA education brand.

Achieving such certifications enhances a school’s domestic and international credibility, providing a strategic platform for holistic growth and continuous improvement.
Launched in 2019 as an upgraded version of AMBA accreditation,BGA (Business Graduates Association)certification evaluates business schools holistically, emphasizing responsible management education, positive societal impact, and lifelong learning. Its framework covers five core modules: institution, faculty, students, programs, and societal influence. Additionally, BGA employs the Continuous Impact Model (CIM Model)to drive institutional advancement through six dimensions:Intent,Graduate Achievement,Value Creation,Societal Contribution,Ecosystem Engagement,andAcademic Reputation.
