Conference Publications

1. All accepted papers will be included in the Proceedings of ICIM2026, published by a recognized publisher, and   submitted to CNKI for indexing.

2. A selected number of excellent papers will be recommended for publication in the international journal Management System Engineering (MSE).

Conference Fee

Each accepted paper (4 to 5 pages) is subject to a fee of 2,500 RMB for editing and layout.

Additional pages will incur a charge of 300 RMB per page.

Authors of accepted papers will receive an electronic copy of the conference proceedings.

July 30^th , 2026 – Paper Submission Deadline

September 30^th , 2026 – Notification of Acceptance

October 15^th, 2026 – End of Conference Registration

November 14^th – 15^th, 2026 – Conference Held (Online & Offline)

Paper Format

All papers must follow the attached Paper Format and Sample strictly. Non-compliant submissions will be rejected.
Papers must be submitted in MS Word format (version 2003 or later), with the completed “Reply Notice” attached.

Subject line: Include “ICIM 2026” and ensure that the completed “Reply Notice” is attached. After submission, you will receive an automatic confirmation.

Once your paper is accepted, the conference team will contact you for further revisions and final manuscript confirmation. Please stay alert for emails and phone calls from the conference team.

Note: Each author is allowed a maximum of two first-author papers.
