吴小艳，管理学博士，硕士生导师，武汉理工大学管理学院五级副教授。主持湖北省科协、武汉市科技局项目等16项，参与相关课题50余项。2017年获中国商业联合会科学技术奖一等奖（排名第3），2016年获中国商业联合会科学技术奖一等奖（排名第11)，2015年获中国商业联合会科学技术奖二等奖（排序第8），2018年获中国商业联合会科学技术奖二等奖（排名第15）。2012年获湖北省优秀学士学位论文指导教师奖。2011年获湖北省发展研究奖二等奖（排序第3）。

She has presided over 16 scientific research projects and participated in more than 50 related projects. In 2017, she won the first prize of China Federation of Commerce Science and Technology Award (ranked 3rd). In 2016, she won the first prize of China Federation of Commerce Science and Technology Award (ranked 11th). In 2015, she won the second prize of China Federation of Commerce Science and Technology Award (ranked 8th). And in 2018, she won the second prize of China Federation of Commerce Science and Technology Award (ranked 15th). In 2012, she won the Excellent Bachelor's degree Thesis Advisor Award of Hubei Province. In 2011, she won the second prize of Hubei Development Research Award (ranking No. 3).
