　　【主讲人简介】 

　　林朗为，(美国俄立冈州大学管理学博士)现任澳门大学教务长及工商管理学院管理学教授。林教授目前从事的研究领域涉及：信任感、情绪工作需求、积极主动的行为以及肮脏工作等。他曾经发表过文章的期刊有：《Journal of Applied Psychology》《Journal of Management》《Human Relations》《Human Resource Management》《Journal of Organizational Behavior》《Journal of Vocational Behavior》《Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology》《Leadership Quarterly》《Journal of Business Research》《Asia Pacific Journal of Management》《Journal of Business Ethics》等。林教授在“信任”和 “肮脏工作”中的研究还收录在2012《中国组织行为手册》当中。他目前还担任《Asia Pacific Journal of Management》高级主编,《人力资源管理学报》编辑顾问,《Journal of Managerial Psychology》编辑顾问委员会、《Journal of Trust Research》的编辑审查委员会成员以及《中国工商管理研究前沿》的编辑委员会成员。林教授曾于2013-2015年间任亚洲管理学会副主席。
